(Fast computer, highly reliable software, top-speed connections directly into the heart of the Internet.) A second server with identical software and a full copy of your website, which can be switched in instantly if something happens to the main server. A battery-operated UPS (uninterrupted power supply) to keep the server operating in case of a brief power failure, and an independent backup generator to assure that the system remains running even in the case of extended power interruption. 24-hour maintenance by not one, but a staff of top-notch technicians.
