RMWA is a small business dedicated to helping other small businesses and membership organizations grow and serve their customers/members through a quality presence on the World Wide Web.

We are very much a specialty service provider, generally restricting our clients to two categories: those located in our local community (Estes Park, Colorado), and those involved in renaissance faires.

We encourage our clients to think in terms of what their existing or potential customers/members will look for on the Web, and concentrate on that. We are not interested in selling services you do not need. We are also not interested in pushing the latest "bells and whistles" that technology has produced...which most of your target audience will not be able to appreciate, or in many cases even be able to view with their web browsers.

Your website needs to reflect you and what you offer. But it also reflects on us, so we will turn away business that is unprofessional, poorly thought out, in bad taste or socially unacceptable.

We do not have a set price list, because try though we may we just cannot manage to find clients that all came out of the same mold. (Much to our relief, because that would be boring.) We will discuss your needs, goals and expectations, and then offer a package priced very competitively, for you to use when comparing design firms. And we do expect that you will shop around. No web designer is right for everyone.

Generally, however, our prices fall in the following range:
Setup—creating the site, designing graphics, registering a domain, setting up e-mail, getting the site online and submitting the new site to appropriate search engines...$250-$500.

Domain registration fee...$20 (must be renewed each year; multiple years may be paid in advance.)

Hosting and maintenance...$50-$250 per month.

Secure online transactions are available, but costs are dependent on your credit card contract and vary greatly. However, most small businesses do not need this. Again, our prices are based on your needs, and are kept as low as possible.
